If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placement, providing your order number and details. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments may not be possible once processing has begun.

Taxes & Duties

For shipments, if there are delays caused by customs duties or other related taxes, the individual shall bear the relevant expenses.. If these charges are required, they must be paid to clear customs. Refusals of packages will result in a refund (less shipping costs) once the item is returned to our warehouse.
