Exchanges
Contact us at support@supeter.com within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- First exchange for tools and pet walking accessories (same style, different size) is free.
- Additional exchanges or those for other categories require you to cover return shipping.
- We’ll send your replacement once we receive and inspect your returned item.
Returns
- Notify us at support@supeter.com within 30 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds (or store credit) will be issued once we process your returned item(about 2 days).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us at support@supeter.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
